PureSkin, human skin allografts, are temporary dressings PureSkin allografts are derived from human dermal tissue, preserving its native structural characteristics native to human skin.  They are used with critical burn patients and act as a protective barrier, offering wound coverage, which allows the body to manage infection, limit desiccation of the wound bed, and control pain by limiting exposure of nerve endings, as well as to conserve the use of precious autograft skin.

  • Allografts produced using a controlled rate freezing process and cryoprotectants to optimize shelf-life
  • Preserves native extracellular matrix components inherent to dermal tissue1
  • Processed to maximize allograft area, minimizing “patchworking” of smaller pieces in clinical settings
  • Choice of meshed allografts to save valuable OR time, or non-meshed allografts to allow custom adaptability at site
  • New PureSkin XL allografts available with sizes up to 1800cm2 and greater
